First time in Charlottesville, decided on Thai amongst the many food choices offered in such a small area. And boy were we not disappointed. For our appetizers, we ordered the Vegetable spring rolls, that came with a sweet chili sauce, excellent choice. Main dishes were the Pad Thai, dish were you cant go wrong and the Drunken Noodles. My date is vegan, so both dishes had some alterations, but were not disappointing in the least. Food came to us hot and full of flavor. Wanted to get more pictures of the inside but being on crutches is greatly limiting. But fret not, they do have a ramp that makes for easy access for all modes of transit. I cant wait to come back and try more dishes, this place is a must try.

Seriously, this might be the best Thai I’ve ever had. Everything came out quick, tasted fresh and had amazing flavor. The portions were generous and staff was attentive and polite. I will be back for sure!

One of the best Thai Restaurants in Charlottesville area. My all time favorite Thai restaurant in this area. My wife and I like spicy food and this is the best Thai food that we found. Drunken Noodles are the best here.

My husband and I traveled up this way for a hiking and camping trip. This place definitely hit the spot after we starved ourselves with camping food. We highly recommend this Thai restaurant for it’s authenticity and unique flavor! I got the crispy duck noodle soup and my husband got traditional chicken something with rice. They were both amazing!!!!

Was surprised to see that Thai 99 was no longer here. Wasn’t too sure what to expect from here. Prices seemed reasonable and portions looked filling. When the food came out it was confirmed, the flavor may have been better than the old Thai 99 and was definitely very filling and satisfying.

Ok I’m usually not one to be stingy with stars, but can only give 3 here.

Don’t ever go to the restaurant, they don’t know how to make Thai food. I went there with my sister and two nieces. All our food was Horrible, the customer service was the worst. One lady started the order and never came back, then some old guy showed up , who could hardly speak English. I ordered Panang curry, it just had chicken in some type of yellow sauce. No peppers or spice, no vegetables or Keifer leaves. My sister had fried rice with tofo. The tofo was like chewing gum. The other two dishes were also a disappointment. They served the chicken satay with some white toast , and peanut sauce that came with out of a jar or something. The very worst food I have ever had in my entire life. And they had the nerve to charge me $77.00 dollars.

This is the new Thai restaurant in Cville. Although we have a lot of Thai restaurants here, the menu here is very unique and delicious with generous portion. I would recommend silk crispy duck and pineapple fried rice. The food is so authentic and appropriately spicy (I’m Thai!).
