Been here a few times now with the last being may 5th. They were packed and had dancers preforming. Was a great show. Drinks were great and customer service was outstanding. Appetizer was great too. I ordered the ribs which I had here a few times and were always outstanding this time not so great the sauce was chunky the presentation not the greatest didn’t even have the fire salt this time

My husband and I went to try this place since we are new to the area. I can honestly say from someone who dines out often that this place should not even be in business. We went on a Monday night, we were seated immediately. We should have known when our drinks took 20 minute to arrive that this was going to not be a good experience. I will not drag this review out as long as I could with all the negative things we experienced and skip right to the customer service. Other customers were getting up and leaving for not getting their food, I had over heard them. We put our order in and at first were in no hurry because we were having a couple of cocktails. After an hour wait and not one person explaining why we were not getting our food, we asked.

Oh my goodness, Silver Fox exceeded all of our expectations for our rehearsal dinner!! Linda, was extremely helpful with coordinating our day and helping to pull all of our ideas together. The two servers that were put on our party were so accommodating and friendly to all of our guests. We had the most wonderful time! Thank you for starting our wedding weekend off on the most positive note! We are so thankful that we chose Silver Fox as our rehearsal dinner location.

There are many photos of “silver fox” movie stars inside plus drinks that are named after them. I had the David Hasselhoff that I thought had too much pineapple in it but the frozen watermelon balls was a nice touch. I had the ahi tuna, shrimp cocktail, and the sakanaki cheese and all three tasted as good as their plated presentation. The raspberry donut cheesecake tasted just like it’s name. We will be back.

A beautiful, clean atmosphere, and our food and drinks have come out perfectly each of the 3 times we’ve eaten there, including our enormous steaks. I see why reviewers rave about the server Becky, she’s incredibly attentive, knows the menu really well, and has a wonderful personality and attitude. We’re delighted to have a delicious restaurant and steakhouse closer than Naperville. It’s appropriately priced with its peers.
