Our server was energetic, full of smiles, was very helpful and honest , we ordered the mussels in garlic sauce, Spicy Sesame Chicken, Spicy combination rice, and of course PINEAPPLE SAKE WARMED! Yes, I even had received proper chopstick handling! So u see good food, excellent server, great location means I’m going back for more a true Customer experience should embody the business

I eat here all the time with my wife and never had a problem now Thier being very rude and money hungry and telling me they aren’t going to deliver unless I tip them like really you charge me a delivery fee I shouldn’t have to tip you. Called and had a couple of questions (never been to this place) about buying mongolian beef. The guy answered my first question and I went to ask another question and he rudely says I don’t know, gotta go!!! I called back and asked why he hung up and he said he doesn’t have time for this. If you don’t have time to answer a couple of questions for someone who only wants to give you their money….. THEN DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! As I stated before I’ve never been here before, and you can bet I NEVER WILL NOW! Hey bud, you will never get customers in your door if you’re rude to them on the phone!!!!!! Hope this advice helps you!!!

Ordered a bubble tea. I have ordered a fruit tea before and know what is suppose to task like. Wow so disappointing. It was horrible tasted like I was drinking dirty water. Fruit inside was old and and tea was so bitter tasting. I called and talked to Kevin in which he said that is how it was suppose to taste. Instead he should have apologized and offer to give money back. I told him I wanted my money back and have to drive back. Customer should always be right and this guy did not care. Larger order for 8 people, which included a side of string beans, which normally come as just string beans. For the vegetarians in the group. This time they were in some meaty gravy sauce. They wouldn’t deliver the correct item ordered so I had to waste another 45 min of my time to drive back and get the correct item. Only to learn that when I got home that the Teriyaki chicken on a stick was way over cooked. Like eating leather! They have screwed up our food before, but we keep going back because there aren’t a lot of Chinese places in the area.

Only reason I give it a 1 out a 5 is because the chicken fried rice and vegetable lo mein was delicious. The mongolian beef and the beef broccoli was so gross. i do not recommend those at all… when i opened the container it was floating in smelly water instead of the good rich sauce that the mongolian beef should have and the beef broccoli . i’ve had some bad chinese but i think that’s by far the worst mongolian beef and beef broccoli i have ever had…
