Awesome hidden gem in this tiny little town!!! Tried it for dinner while staying there to see the Great Sand Dunes. I haven’t eaten red meat in a few years, but I decided it was a special occasion and I was in the mood for a steak. That was the best cooked steak I have ever had!!! Everything my friend and I had was absolutely delicious! They have some awesome chefs in this place, and if you need to drive out of your way to get here, do it! In addition, the service was excellent too. I meant to write down our server’s name–Ricardo? Ramero? perhaps? But he was wonderful and took good care of us. Skip the Sand Dunes. Just come here and eat!!! 🙂

If you are in the Fort Garland area you have to stop at this place! It was hands down the best steak I’ve had at a restaurant in years. The staff was incredibly friendly and it had a great atmosphere. I will be stopping in every time I come through this area in the future.

This is a must stop! The ribs were fall off the bone superb. Yummy homemade BBQ sauce. Friendly atmosphere. Reasonable prices. We will eat there again! More good things to try.

Really delicious cheese burger and fries! The side salad is a little expensive. But good. All in all, we really enjoyed our dinner. Service and food were both awesome! We will go back when coming through this blink of a town! The burger prices are great! Other dinners are quite high. But it costs a lot to be in business.

The steaks are always tender and juicy and deliciously seasoned! The wait staff are incredibly friendly and low key. We eat here at least once a month and have never had a bad experience. Perfect small town casual place. Love it!

Wonderful experience with the ladies up front. Great food.. terrible service, I can’t believe they auto grated us for 50 bucks. Our server sucked. We went without drinks most of the dinner. We had to go to the bar to order drinks twice. Even my son’s soda refills. One in our party Frank water and never got a refill. Her father had tea.. came with no ice and no refills. She didn’t earn half what we were forced to tip. Such a shame. Came with no reservation on father’s day. We were seated immediately and for that were are extremely grateful.

The barbeque ribs were outstanding, sling with a baked potato and salad. Everyone in our group of 6 loved their meal. The others had sirloin or burgers. Service was excellent, constantly offering refills and checking to see if we needed anything. The inside was very nice and they arr set up for music too.
