I’ve been here a few times now and have had the buffalo old bay, San Antonio, hot jet lag, and Parmesan peppercorn wings. Each time, the wings have been made to order (so it will take 10-15 min) and have come out saucy yet still crisp and juicy.

I tried Silver Spring Wings for the first time tonight and I was glad I did. After a lackluster wing experience elsewhere (never again) last week, I needed a do-ever. The pictures from Silver Spring Wings looked amazing. We tried both the Sweet Chili Thai Sauce and Old Bay Seasoned wings and the battered chicken tenders. To start the wings are proper crisp on the outside wings. Nothing mushy or greasy about them. I was fully expecting a bottled Sweet Thai Chili sauce flavor (and would have been ok with that) but instead their sauce tasted fresh with peppers in the sauce. Not spicy but unique and flavorful. The sauce doesn’t make the crisp wings soft. It was the perfect texture and perfect flavor ratio in every bite. The Old Bay Seasoned wings my friend had. He’s usually a Hot Honey Old Bay wing fan. So I wasn’t sure if just straight Old Bay Seasoning would be too salty. But he loved them. I had a chance to try a bite of the battered chicken tenders and they were absolutely the best chicken tenders I’ve ever tasted. The tender was juicy and well seasoned with a crisp crust. Perfect! We ordered the wings with the potato wedges and coleslaw as a combo and also ordered the veggie sticks. All of us raved about the wedges. Good seasoning and consistency and even the coleslaw was decent. The veggie sticks were a large serving and perfectly fresh. I would not hesitate to order from Silver Spring Wings again. I was asked multiple times where I got them from, so I’m sure I won’t be the only one who becomes a repeat customer. Thank you!

Best quality wings around by a long shot. A lot of wing places they drench it in crummy store bought sauces, but Silver Spring Wings are either all homemade sauces or higher grade bought. Huge difference, and I’m always looking for quality food for a good price where nowadays it’s hard to find, so for ~1.5$ a wing super worth for takeout. Man in the kitchen is killing it!

Stop what you are doing and make plans to get wings from here today! I’ve ordered wings here twice now and they are consistently hot, tasty, reasonably priced and as described by the chef/owner, Evan. The restaurant itself is still in the process of coming together for dining in, but you’ll never meet a nicer person who wants to do right by his customers. Evan prepared the food right then and there for me and it was so good that we ordered a large amount for a party the next weekend. They are sauced and/or spiced to perfection. This is my new go to for wings.

Got these wings a couple weeks ago right after they opened. We had been looking for a good wing place in the area and were so happy to find them! The wings themselves were perfect. Crispy on the outside and tender in the inside. We ended up ordering them plain and got a bunch of side orders of sauces so we could try multiple combinations. The Thai chili was my favorite but all were great. Service was excellent and had a great chat with the owner who talked about how they had to switch from catering events to take out in the setting of the pandemic.

Absolutely delicious! Crispy outside, moist and juicy inside. I got the lemon pepper, which was yummy. I can’t wait to try all the variations, they have a lot to choose from. This guy really cares about the food he’s creating. It’s really nice to find a small operation who executes so perfectly.
