We come here quite often as it’s in our area. The food is always good here. Today, I ate the BBQ brisket sandwich, and it was the best I’ve eaten! The atmosphere is rustic fancy! Lols! I love the decor! I especially love the new additions they’ve incorporated “Ghost Kitch” (Monjunis and Buttercups)! It’s a one-stop shop. And if u wanna just have a drink at the bar, ur in for a treat as well. They have a great selection of cocktails and other signature drinks!

Took my wife here on 8-16-2023 to celebrate her birthday. She was excited to go because we had such a great time on our first visit that she had confidence that this time would be even better because it was her birthday. Sadly, this was not the case. Upon entering the restaurant, the hostess proceeded to sit us right by the kitchen when there were better seating options. My wife had to point this out, and we were moved to a better seating area.

I went there today with a group of 16 for a graduation dinner. When our food came out the only person order that was wrong was my son’s. We both ordered the salmon with mushrooms and shrimp topping. His salmon came out without the topping now all they had to do was add the sauce on top but instead they wanted to give us a hard time about what we ordered so my son said well I’m not going to argue just take the dish off my ticket I just want eat. So the manager by the name of Mario took his plate to the back without trying to fix a situation that could have easily been fixed then to make things worse while we were still eating immediately after Mario left our table they come out and ask us would we like to have to go boxes. I politely told the waitress because my son’s food was not right you mean we don’t get offered any dessert just here you go and the to go boxes and ticket. My ticket was $ 183.00. When I say I could have paid half of that at another restaurant and trust I’m sure if they made a mistake they would rectify it. I know big chains like this don’t care about the working folks that spend their money But they should. I would never recommend this place and if you are reading this please don’t go. Support me and my son go elsewhere.

This is my 2nd attempt, but the 1st time to dine in. The 1st try was a couple of months ago, a group of coworkers had reservations for a birthday dinner. When we checked in, we were told it would be an extra $4 per person because we brought a cake….a cookie cake….that we needed no help or extra anything to cut & serve it. So, we changed to a nearby restaurant. A couple of days ago, I went back.

I went to eat here and the server got my food wrong. I proceeded to tell her nicely that that was not the right order she went to get a manger by the name of Mario and he came out with an attitude talking about I had to eat it. I then told him take it off my ticket and to take it back. He didn’t try to accommodate for it or anything and he had and attitude the whole time. Definitely won’t be going back!!

In case you are not aware this restaurant now adds an 18% charge to your food costs on every ticket. Yes, they have added the 18% to your ticket as a mandatory gratuity, whether you want to add a gratuity or not. And on your ticket, they still have a place for you to add a gratuity. So if you decide to add a gratuity, you are adding it to the 18% they have already charged you. You no longer have the choice to determine if and how much you want to tip. I was told my the manager that restaurants in California have been doing this! So now they are bringing it to Louisiana.
