The food was pretty good but way overpriced. I’ve had ramen twice as good for half the price. Customer service was okay: Nothing really exceptional. The interior of the building is also super crammed and it gets loud in there very quickly. All of the seating is super uncomfortable and it kind of feels like you’re sitting on top of other people.

This place is literally located in a food court which isn’t bad but I was expecting a stand alone restaurant. It was an okay bowl of ramen but it’s definitely not worth the $18 price point. I ordered the shoyu on fire with tofu. The heat was good, the chili oil was tasty but everything else was just okay. The tofu was cold & raw, the 1/2 an egg was gray and kinda flavorless and there was a big chunk of lime in it. It’s like they tried to slice a lime, the knife slipped and they were like “close enough”…the thing doesn’t look bad in the picture but it was like 1/2 an inch thick on one side and a sliver on the other. Staff was busy browsing tinder when we came in, too. I mean whatever, but when you’re at work and customers have to get your attention maybe put your phone down.

I had the combo with the Blaze Ramen and Gyoza. The Blaze Ramen was reasonably spicy. The broth was very creamy to the point cream or milk was added to the broth. It didn’t taste like a normal Tonkotsu Ramen. Overall, it was alright.

considering the portion sizes i’d say the price is reasonable; one ramen bowl is enough for two people to share easily and considering the ingredients used it makes sense as well. they’re currently also doing an event where you can get a free appetizer and drink if you leave a review so that’s a plus

This place is fantastic for ramen, rice bowls, and sushi! They have a great selection on the menu with spicy levels for every pallet. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful when it comes to knowledge about the menu , I love the generous portion sizes! I have a huge appetite but when I’m having lunch here I make sure to go for the smaller sized bowl cause it’s a ton of food! The sushi is amazing as well I love their spicy tuna. Overall I rate this place a solid 10/10 for quality food, great service, and welcoming atmosphere!

We’ve come here two times already this week and we are huge fans already. JT is one of the nicest humans. The ramen is incredible, the setting is trendy and clean, this place is a vibe and we are here for it.

Not impressed by the overpriced Cajun Mazemen Ramen bowl $16.75.

Soft open began yesterday. Naturally the place was crowded, being the location shares space with 3 other establishments. Cafeteria style seating isn’t super conducive for large families, and the noise level made it difficult to hear. We sat at a small table in the corner, but the layout doesn’t allow for conversation. People were walking by and bumping into our table because the lines wrapped around the place. A lot of toddlers having melt downs .

This place was amazing. Now I don’t have to drive to my fav spot Downtown SLC anymore. I ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu ramen w pork, they let you choose the level of spice. Had the Gyoza appetizer. Only complaint…I needed a straw to drink the broth…ok. not really but, it was that good! Well done chefs. TrY this PlaCe!
