I come here frequently since I live close by.Typically, I don’t have any problems and everything is really good. Just today, I ate here and I found something sharp (it looked like a staple) in my food and could’ve been really dangerous, also there was also an insect in my drink.

Lunch: We had 3 combo set @$19 that comes with a ramen bowl and a side dish of your choice. We choose the Spicy (medium heat) Tonkatsu ramen with crispy chicken and the other with creamy broccolini. The pork slices didn’t meet our expectations. It was tough and dry.

Their noodle is great! It’s a bit bigger than usual ramen noodle. The texture is very springy and chewy and even when you done slurping all the soup, the noodle is not soggy at all. I ordered Garlic Truffle with pork. The size of chashu is legit. It also very soft and the soup is not too thick and you can smell the truffle oil. The karaake bowl and chicken karaake side order is good. I wish the chicken pieces is a bit bigger though. But the crispiness is on point.

By far the best tasting broth in the area. With plenty of Ramen places popping up, I can easily scarf down the entire bowl at this place. The Classic is a great place to start. If you’re feeling extra hungry, two additional slices of their thick-cut charsiu is around $7, per add-on.

One bowl of the Garlic Truffle and Shoyu Fire ramen bowls, please. My buddy was coughing after taking a few sips of the firey broth during the pandemic and other patrons might have felt a little uncomfortable there lol. We enjoyed all the toppings, including the protein. The garlic truffle broth was thick and rich and the fatty chasu was yummy. It was a single piece of chasu so that was a bummer. The shoyu fire broth is also delicious and if I recall correctly, you can reduce the spice level and request the chili paste separately to add to your desire. The extra chili paste and the pepper is FIRE and will bring up a good sweat.
