The ramen’s broth is the best. They have a variety of ramen’s bowls to choose from. Customer service was great. It’s self seated and you can order to go. The parking is shared with other stores on that strip.

This place used to be amazing. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now. However, their service and food quality is going downhill. It’s impossible to get service. It seems they’ve changed their noodles to what tastes like starchy spaghetti. The broth was so watered down, it didn’t have much flavor. I don’t recommend.

New location for S.L.R. They have a Tatsu Style ordering process now, I’m not a fan of it considering the lines get long standing there. Broth taste creamy & the noodles were good, can’t recall the chashu taste

Start with positive, the appetizers were good and the spicy mayo just added on. Other than that it was bad, the broth was super greasy and the consistency was off as well. I could see beads of oil all over my ramen, my brother’s ramen, and my nephews. On top of that the color seemed off, the broth look unappetizing and it seemed too thick.

Excited to try Silverlake for the first time since it’s been a constant appearance on my feed. Ordered the ramen plus appetizer for $19 dollars. While eating my blaze ramen in disappointment, as it was purely bland and overcooked. I looked over and my boyfriend hadn’t made a dent in his. I thought mine was bad, his was just awful. The chicken karaage* did not look or was appetizing and the edamame was okay. Not sure if it was by choice but it was split down the line: one side was salted the other was not.

Came in on a business trip as a single, there were at least 5 empty tables inside and outside and no one waiting in the restaurant and surrounding area. Was told they were all taken yet again no one around. If there is no one there waiting then those that are there should be seated waiting for someone that left the area where I would have been done in less than 30 mins.

A welcomed bowl of hearty and flavorful ramen hot the spot at a time when we were feeling a little worn out from a long day at the office. Attentive servers provided us with everything we needed in a timely manner whenever we were running low, be it water, sake, napkins, or energy!

My wife and I were in Japan in 2019 and the ramen there is simply indescribable. We have since tried numerous ramen places and all have disappointed severely except for this. This is the best ramen we’ve tried in the States to this point (and we’re still on the prowl for even better if one exists). We both ordered The Blaze Ramen w/ pork and it was delicious. Much better than we were anticipating. On top of that, we shared the Crispy Chicken Karaage which was fantastic and the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, which while not the best we’ve had (hey, it’s not strictly a sushi restaurant) was still VERY good. We’re happy to have tried it and if we are in the area again, we’ll be sure to stop by a second time.

Ate here while visiting LA. High quality ramen costs $17 CAD ($13 USD) where I’m from. Not only was it insanely expensive at $24 USD ($31 CAD), but it had only one single slice of meat, reeked of low quality, and left me in the worst pain of my life. I spent the rest of the night legitimately wondering if I’m about to have a premature baby that I was unaware of. It was so bad I searched up how much Canadian blue cross covers in foreign health bills and considered calling an ambulance. Single worst dish I’ve ever had. I’d rather pay someone to just punch me.
