A hidden gym in Waldorf. The chicken is amazing. It has that smokey flavor all through the meat. If you don’t know what to get, start with that. You get a descent amount of food for the money, so you definitely won’t be hungry afterwards. The lady that works the register everyday is awesome too.

If I could give no stars I would. I comm into the restaurant and this place smelled very awful and it wasn’t the smell of rotisserie chicken. It smell like bad Fitch or shrimp. I regret ordering from them when I got my food I was extremely grossed out. Chicken was raw and still bleeding. At least get one thing right the chicken. It’s in your name. And I had to wait a long time for it. Extremely disappointed I will not be coming back Ever. If you going to be in the food industry get better.

We ordered with Grubhub. This was our first experience with Silvestre. The food was amazing. I have never been able to find any local restaurant who can provide and offer a fresh snapper whole. It was perfect. Everything was very fresh and my Husband ordered the steak and cheese sub that was loaded with fresh meat and full of flavor. We will be sharing our great experience with our friends and will become a regular customer. thank you for great food!!!
