Hands down some of the best Birria tacos my wife and I have ever had from a restaurant . Also they have some of the best lemonade I’ve had in recent time. The green sauce is a bit spicy but it’s very delicious. The reed sauce isn’t as spicy as the green. Only downfall is… they close early. Other than that; AMAZING !

First time there and I got the torta with chicken fajitas and it was so good, it literally tasted close to what my mom makes at home. The green salsa was also surprisingly good with a good kick to it. Prices are fair and I will be going back.

Just came for our first time today. Birria tacos are delicious! Very good quality meat. Whole taco is full of flavor. Every bite is super yum. Owner is very nice and friendly and an all-around likeable guy, definitely an asset to the community. Outdoor dining area has comfy tables and chairs and was clean. We will be back! Can’t wait to work our way through the menu and try everything Silvia’s has to offer!
