I ordered a pork dinner with 2 sides. The meat was smokey & tasty. For sides I went with mac & cheese and french fries. The fries were good. The mac & cheese was VERY dry I prefer mac & cheese that’s creamy and gooey. The portions of the sides was pretty skimpy. The sandwich had plenty of meat but the bun was small and plain. IMHO they would do well to upgrade the buns and be a bit more generous with side portions.

This food is fantastic! Phyllis, the proprietor, is extremely warm and welcoming. The portion sizes are very generous and very, very good. Stoo by any night but Monday (she’s closed) and you’ll be glad you did!

This place is incredible! Picked up dinner here and brought it back to the airbnb while we were on vacation, but the leftovers lasted us our whole stay. Incredible value!!

Fantastic food! Even more fantastic owner/operators! Pork dinner w/2sides, pork was EXCELLENT, great smoke flavor and nice spice profile. Greens were best I’ve had in 20 years! The portions are perfect, we tried 8 sides and no complaints about anything. Potato salad was excellent too! I can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu. Don’t miss this place

This little hidden gem doesn’t get enough credit. I got the pulled pork family meal. With Mac n cheese and collards. Food was on point!! Hands down the best around. Spread the word they are nice people selling bomb a** food!!

Just had the Brisket and Full slab of ribs yesterday, AMAZING!!…The brisket melts in your mouth and the ribs, just wow! The portion sizes are larger than any other BBQ place I’ve had, so well worth the price. The food was so good and better than any other BBQ place in my own hometown, I will def be back!!!

We enjoyed our 1/2 rack ribs with slaw and mac and cheese. the portion of ribs were huge, I loved the true smoke on the meat… lots for two people. The owners were wonderful to talk to, sure hope to make it back before we go home to PEI Canada.

Food was good, my total was about 50 bucks (two brisket meals, each one being about $23) but I ended up being randomly charged $65 . My total was also vocalized before paying. Won’t be coming back
