Rarely busy, great birthday celebration for my kids with balloon animals and free dessert. I wish they served noodles and hibachi with ginger sauce or the pink sauce like other places. Proteins were great, get the Kobe combo!

First time visiting Simon’s was not a great experience. Called 5 days ahead of time for reservations and had reservations for 7 at 530pm. We waited until 615pm to be seated and until 640 for the first bit of food to arive. (Soup and salad) My miso soup was mildly warm and only contained 3 mushrooms. The salad left much to be desired with one measly slice of tomato and some lettuce in a mild cream dressing. For my main hibachi I ordered the Kobe combo with filet, scallops, and shrimp. The filet was very good with nice texture and flavor. The shrimp was very good also. The hibachi chef accidentally served my scallops to another dinner and had to get fresh scallops from the kitchen which he proceeded to rush on the grill cutting them up into tiny pieces to accelerate the cooking process which i was highly disappointed in. The waiter never checked back during the course of the meal, leaving me and others at the table to run back and forth to the bar to get refills on drinks. After the meal was over checks were brought around without the offer of dessert ( we were dining out for a birthday party and had intended on getting dessert) we decided to skip dessert due to time constraints. There was no initial offer of a discount for the long wait time even though we had a reservation and had multiple mix-ups and poor service for the meal. We did receive a 20% discount after complaints were raised. Overall it was obvious that the restaurant was poorly staffed and improperly booked which lead to a poor dining experience. The main food dishes had good flavor, but the abysmal service overrode the good food.

The most fun I’ve EVER had at a restaurant! Staff is very interactive! There’s a decent variety of food and drink. Everything was delicious, fresh,add to order in front of us. If you like Crab Rangoons; they’re a MUST here! Wonderful place to take a large group for a fun night and a superb meal! Slightly pricey but well worth it!

My first time here. Won’t be the last. Food was excellent, we were seated right away. We sat on hibachi side. Our chef was very attentive to us. I did, however, feel very rushed. The waiter took both my soup and salad before I was finished. The rice portions were on the small side, but entrers were plenty. Looking forward to going again.

Food was good service was good but one cook we had reservations for 6:30 and another group did also. So we had to wait for the cook to finish with their group. We also didn’t get any sauce and had to ask one of the employees for it. Will give them another chance because the food was good.
