Our friends turned us on to this place and we are so happy they did. We usually like to stick to downtown but this is worth the drive. Great service, friendly owners and the sushi is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Tonight solidifies this place as the best sushi we’ve had and we know our sushi. The ingredients are fresh and Simon has the creativity to make the simplest dishes explode with flavor and artistry. Remember to BYOB and too is included for 6 or more. Oh and March 11 is Simon’s bday. Buy him a shot!!!

1st time into Simon Sushi last night and I was very impressed. The staff is friendly, it’s BYOB and the sushi is delicious. We ordered the gyoza, 911 roll, #40 roll and the birds nest. All were fresh and amazing. I wish this place was bigger because there is not much seating and they have a few tables blocked off due to covid.

This place has the best sushi in Plano hands down. The tako and seaweed salad is the best I’ve had from any restaurant. Rolls are on point. The fish is fresh and the servings are generous.

Wow! Did not expect much from this place despite reading the reviews. Me and my bf were blown away on how good the food was. Definitely one of the best sushi places in DFW! Will be coming here more often whenever I crave sushi.

Simon’s is our favorite sushi in Dallas. Every time we visit a high end sushi restaurant we are disappointed. Family owned and operated with his wife and children. Many regulars visit over and over.
