Has lack of supervision. Everyone standing around in the kitchen. Food on pizza cold and not that good. Its been that way since they have open. Maybe if they kept the food fresh, add ice tea to beverages. Just a few suggestions . They were just cutting up in the kitchen and forgot to make a requested plzza.

Simple is not certainly bad. It’s actually perfect simply. Nonetheless, it seemed to set a new bar in common fare. At first you think your gonna get some common taste. Then you are brought to a new experience of flavors in common dish.

Simple simons is a great deal for dinner on buffet Tuesdays. I wish they had it regularly. My FIL can’t have food that’s been out for a long time being a transplant patient, and they always make sure to get fresh pizzas out when we ask really appreciate the care the staff gives to him.

We were only customers in facility not once did any employee check on us…our family was having a birthday party for my 6 yr old grandson. The tables were not wiped off and the napkin dispenser was empty, had to switch it out with one from a corner table. Men’s rr had no paper towels (and we teach our littles to wash their hands). It was not a great experience, they’re pricey but as Mazzios closed its the only pizza parlor in Stroud.

While in Oklahoma for some friends wedding, after driving from Indiana and checking into our hotel, we decided to get something to eat. We arrive at Simple Simon’s Pizza, go in, place our order, wait and didn’t receive what we ordered. We also had stated it was to go, so as to go back to the hotel and relax, but it was brought out to us as dine in. Clearly the person who took our order was not listening even after asking a question about our order to confirm. The garlic bread sticks were not good at all. After letting it be known that we didn’t receive the right chicken wings, we are sitting there waiting and waiting after already waiting 25 minutes. Time is necessary to prepare food orders, but this was past that. Ultimately, I asked for a refund, received it, and left.

I just want to say that I’ve been here before and they genuinely have good pizza and the customer service has been really good in the past. However, this time when my mom and I went last night it was different. We came in at 6:30, go in, order some pizza, and go sit down. A family comes in about 5-10 minutes later and they order and they get they’re food before ours. My mom went up to go find our order and apparently they put them in boxes that were sitting in the back. They didn’t bring our food to us and didn’t even call out. Im giving three stars because the food was good, but the customer service was not what I had come to expect of this place.

Simple Simon’s is hands down the best pizza in Stroud. They have a small dine-in area but, mostly it is pick up orders. The pizza has always been fresh and hot. The crust is really good as they put a butter/garlic spread on it. Call in usually takes 20 min.

Recently started working in Stroud Oklahoma. I am from another small town in Oklahoma. When I saw Simple Simons I called that day to order the famous Calazone. That was months ago, and I have had nothing but great service, and the food is great. With prices going up on everything, especially food I dont mind paying a little more for quality.

Really first bad experience with them usually they are pretty good with there time. To day was the bombshell. Get there 35 minutes after the order. Wait another 25 min because it wasn’t done. Get home and it wasn’t even what was ordered. So have to go back and get the right pizza. Oh it’s cold because it done sat for over a hour.
