Took an hour from the time I placed my order online until I finally got it. The workers were so unprofessional and rude and could not give me a straight answer of how long it would take. When I was finally told it was ready, they attempted to give me my order without my pizza. Finally left with my food after a full hour. The pizza tasted mediocre at best and the garlic bread (if you can even call it that) tasted like rubber. Everything about this experience was horrible. I will not be returning.

Employee double charged me for my pizza and calzone and couldn’t figure out how to refund me, after failing 3 times I finally said forget about the refund, ill pay for the other persons food, so the employee got mad and hit my car as I was leaving. This place is awful. The employees are always trashy and have terrible attitudes, complete incompetence. It was not the first time this pizza place had failed and given me an unnecessary attitude.

Used to be a great pizza place that we used regularly .Here lately they get the order wrong, leave you on hold for 15+ minutes and then forget to give you everything you order. Would not recommend them anymore.

Not only have had one bad experience, but two. They constantly have issues with online/phone orders and do nothing about it. Now I’m out money AGAIN and have to do a dispute through my bank AGAIN. TERRIBLE customer service. I tried to give them another chance, but once again I have been let down.

We ordered at 8 and got there at 8:40. When we got there we were told they were just working on our order. Which is fine considering they were busy, but when we got our order, our cookie was burnt, wings were cold, and our order that consists of 3 large special pizza was just 2 large and one medium. We were told that it’s a large pizza in a medium box only. But without measuring it, the size difference was very noticeable.
