Used to be a great place, but it has lost a lot of the cleanliness and atmosphere that it once had. Owners are not present, ever and don’t seem to care what sort of trash they have running their store. It’s one of the saddest things to watch, thru the eyes of my former customers who still call and text me when they want to complain. I’ve been away from the store for a couple months now.

We stopped eating here over a year ago. People know have been getting sick from the food they order or get out of the hot box. There is no manage at the store on a daily basis. They won’t even have the air conditioner properly fixed so it’s hot in the store making all of the candy soft or melted.

We got there about 20 minutes before closing and the gentleman was kind and more then willing too accept our rather large order…it took 25 minutes past closing too finish it, of course we talked a bit as well…. everything was good…definitely would recommend this place…my son Simon was super stoked about having a restaurant with his same name…will definitely go back..

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with a order of cheesy breadsticks. Got it home and had a large pepperoni pizza and a large cheese pizza. Mind you I called twice with my order to make sure they had wrote it down correctly because when he read it back to me he didn’t mention the cheesy breadsticks, he told me that they had both orders. When my husband went to pick it up they told him they didn’t have the order so he had to wait another 40 minutes for them to get it done.

The pizza is pretty good but the service and price is not very good. Tried to call in , first time someone answered and hung up. Called a couple more times no answer. So drove down to store to order an young lady was visiting while the phone was ringing , not once did I see anyone pick it up. Also seemed annoyed I was in there making an order. As far as I am concerned this will be my last order there, I have encountered this more than once at this Simple Simons which really upsets me because I love Stromboli . For a large cheese pizza and Stromboli they charged me 34 dollars . To me that is extremely high when I can go to Pizza Hut an pay less for more.

It was incredibly difficult to order online and the order is received through phone call to the location, which my order got messed up because of. Ordering is a $20 minimum and currently no drinks are able to be purchased online so I had to buy breadsticks that I didn’t particularly want but were not a bad price for the size. The pizza itself was ok. Definitely fresh and warm. Very cheesey. The workers there are all very nice but during the covid pandemic, none were wearing masks as far as I could tell. One girl who worked there also was paying more attention to her phone than what was infront of her and almost walked into me. Would not buy again…

I know it’s inside an Exxon gas station, but they make the best pizza in town. Yes we have all the other pizza places that you would find anywhere else in the USA, but none of them can hold a candle to our Simple Simon’s!!!!!
