Lovely 80th Birthday lunch for my mom. Under new ownership, the hostess was sweet and explained the menu. She didn’t rush us, took our picture and made my mom (and all of us) feel like the most special of guests. She her brought a gorgeous and delicious chocolate lava cake with a candle. The food was fresh and exquisitely presented. We had a wrap/quiche with fresh fruit and a Bang Bang shrimp salad. We will be back and I suggest you do too!

Simply Delicious is an absolute gem! During my road trip, we randomly stopped there for brunch, and it turned out to be a great experience. The food was great. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The cozy ambiance added to the charm. I can’t recommend this place enough! Wow, what an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back. I cannot believe the thought and work behind every little detail. Every grape was crunchy, the watermelon was so juicy and fresh. The staff were so kind and welcoming. I would say for the cost it’s definitely underpriced for what you get. They had hats we could use to feel fancy. I am 35 and had an amazing time and so did my 6 year old daughter. They even had the cutest bag of gifts for her.

By chance, had dinner here tonight…what a wonderful discovery! Everything, from drinks, to appetizers to main course, was perfect! Service and atmosphere were on part. Loved that we weren’t rushed and had ample time for conversation. Will definitely be back soon!

We had Sunday brunch. The food was home made, well prepared, and delicious. We had the eggs and biscuits with sausage gravy. The biscuits were light and the gravy delicious. The Popeye omelette looked more like a frittata and was a little over done but still tasted good.

What a gem! We went here for lunch with our three year old and were at first a little intimidated by how surprisingly nice it was inside, unsure if our kid would be welcome. Let me say, this is one of the most kid friendly restaurants I have been to. The owner brought out some toys for our daughter to play with and the kids menu had a fantastic selection with quality food, not just cheap junk like some places. When we eat out, we like our child to eat good food as well and this place exceeded expectations. Now let’s talk about the grown up food. Wow. Just wow. Best tomato soup I’ve ever had. My husband had the prime rib sandwich and it was filling and flavorful. We will be back to try the dinner menu soon. Get out of town and try this gem out in Valley.

Reservation for 4, at 5:00. Google maps showed open since 7:30am, but we showed up at 4:50 and the “open” light was off. Even their web site shows that the “new hours” are Wed-Sat from 7:30am-9:00pm. The door said that they didn’t open until 5:00 though. We walked around a little outside, and got back at 5:10.
