Called them about product and shipping info. The guy on the phone sounded like I was bothering him to talk to him. Even before I could ask about pricing, He wanted to know if that’s all I need. So i promptly said good by and called Maine Lobsters Now and ordered $311.43 worth of lobsters. I have found a much nicer company to work with.

They charged our credit card and failed to ship the lobsters to us. I had ordered 6 weeks in advance for our annual lobster party, 24 guests and no Lobster. What is worse is that they were not remorseful and didn’t offer an apology or coupon or any sort of compensation. There are plenty of other companies out there….use one of them!

WARNING, scam alert!!! This is the second time I have had issues with these crooks. They Charged my credit card and admitted they had never shipped the lobster. He refused to refund the money. I Disputed the charge with Visa, and he fought the dispute. It took 3 months to get reimbursed. I have switched to The Lobster Guy and had zero problems.
