To start I have to say that I love Simply Turkey. It has always exceeded my expectations for salads in particular. They can be pricey, however, I always thought their salads were worth every penny given the many topping options, freshness, and volume of what they give you. Especially since the most common alternative pizza place salads you can get seem to be 80% iceburg lettuce for the same price if not higher so I avoid them all together if I want a good salad. I frequently recommend Simply Turkey as the best place for a take out salad to everyone. Sadly today, for the first time ever (i’ve been eating at Simply for YEARS), I was very disappointed with my take out order. My large salad had less than a small salad usually does. A small salad can usually be divided into 2 meals. A large, 3 easy. To top it off I ordered a Boss salad with roasted turkey and I paid extra to add chicken as well. When I looked at the salad once in my car there was maybe 2 or 3 oz of chicken on top but I saw no turkey. I went back inside to ask if there was even turkey in it and I was told “it’s in the middle”. When I got home and looked closer at the salad there was perhaps an 1/8th cup of turkey. About 2 bites. Guess im lucky I ordered extra protein so there would be some on it. Pretty sad for a $19 salad. I can’t say I won’t be back. Maybe it was employee error and she needs to be re-educated on creating a salad that meets your normal standards. I truly hope that’s the case and you aren’t scaling back because people that are used to what you normally provide won’t be happy to spend that kind of money on a salad like that. If it happens again…lesson learned and I’ll go elsewhere.

Ordered for a group. 3 of the sandwiches didn’t come how requested online. All but one only had a single slice of turkey on it. The pics on the website show a nice pile of turkey. Should just change the name to Simply Bread & Nothing More.

First time here and will be the last. We ordered turkey lunch dinner ( I pc of sliced meat apple, stuffing and mashed potatoes) it was lousy. Crab soup was salty, We came in hungry left dissatisfied and disappointed not to mention it is expensive. Staff looks tired and unhappy no hi, hello or see you later. Will not recommend nor coming back.

Not a fan! I ordered the turkey dinner. The server grabbed 2 coldcut looking pieces of “fresh oven roasted” turkey breast, and dropped it in a pan of juice in a steam table. Picked it back out and layed it across my instant potatoes and stovetop stuffing. Cafeteria style trays and silence. The only sound in the place is the guy restocking the chip bags, and my plastic knife sawing thru my rubbery meat. Crab soup was extremely salty. Maybe the wraps or sandwiches are better. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I have been going to ST for years. Today I got a Cajun crunch. My friend got a wrap. Her wrap was three times the size of mine. Mine was flat and had very little filling. It was all wrap. The worst part was they put the lettuce core in my wrap. Lettuce cores are inedible garbage. The soup was not good either. The person waiting on me was almost rude. Very unfriendly.. And he makes a chintzy sandwich and put the Lettuce core in it. Very disappointing.

Walk in one employee on the phone, 2 building a sandwich. Walk in front of the 2, not even a nod. One on the phone sees me and appears engaged. There’s a good Itialian Sub available 50 feet away. I won’t go back to this place but found a good sub. Thanks !!!

My husband and I love Simply Turkey and have been going here for years. The wraps are our favorite but their other food is very tasty as well. The staff is also very friendly which makes for a nice ordering experience.

I tried out Simply Turkey & More for the first time & I really have no reason to eat there again. I tried the Pepperjack Tomato soup & it smelled like body odor & didn’t taste good. My club wrap was decent however I told the employee at least 3 times NO TOMATO because I do not like the taste of raw tomatoes. What does she put on it? Tomato! The cashier was a friendly man but the whole experience was frustrating.
