A reliable Singaporean food spot! The workers are very nice, even when it’s super busy. The tables are kept clean and the food is always good! I usually find myself eating here whenever I’m at the market.

It’s not what it used to be. The food use to be better and more flavorful. We also noticed they received a B rating. That’s probably due to the dirty fan blowing towards the kitchen or the loose hair or the spider between the juice dispensers. Or maybe it was the dirty looking lime juice container. I probably shouldn’t be so harsh in my review since they’re a small mom n pop place and their prices haven’t gone up as significantly as the crepe place across the way (doubled!). But we haven’t been here in a long time and we were really looking forward to their food again.

I’ve been Singapore many times. Really wanted to see if any Singaporean/Malaysian foods in LA. Before I came here, I’d checked the reviews, it seemed mostly were positive.

The food here was okay — first time trying Singapore cuisine so I wasn’t sure how to compare but I was with friends who had Singapore food before and they chimed in. The noodles were good, overall, but not the best. It’s located in the farmers market at the grove and the farmers market has a really cute vibe to it and the energy, ambience, and aesthetic is fantastic which makes the dining experience awesome. The food was okay though.

Great food! Service could be improved. We asked for water three times and for dishes twice.

I’ve been looking for a Malaysian place for beef rendang and Google suggested here. It’s Indonesian, not Malay, and they were out of beef rendang, so I tried the chicken rendang instead. It was good, but not what I was hoping for – also, the chicken includes bones, it’s not just meat like the beef rendang I’ve had back in NY. The white rice was a bit dry.

Good gluten-free options. The owner and the staff are great. Food is fresh, delicious, varied and authentic. The Rojak salad is something else! Crunchy and sweet. Love this place.

Ordered the singapore noodles with a mango refresher. This place is very good! I would definitely make this one of my regular goto places if I came here regularly.

Singapore’s Banana Leaf is inside the Original Farmer’s Market. They serve Singaporean/Indonesian/Malaysian food. I love the food, it’s delicious. It’s comfort food for me. The food is authentic no attempt to make it American fusion, thank goodness. My favorites on the menu is the Lodeh soup and Chicken Rendang, served on traditional banana leaves. They even have Cendol (if you know, you know)! I don’t think there is another place like this in LA so I’m lucky to have this close to where I live. Needless to say, I happily frequent it.
