I visited a Subway in Ball Ground owned by this company.. one very nice young lady working. While we were there she called management for help.. was told no one to help.

Just went to Subway in Ellijay for lunch and the older woman behind the counter was so rude that we left halfway through ordering. I tried asking a question and she got ugly. I could over look that there was only white or wheat bread and that several of the meats were out but her rudeness was uncalled for. Not the first time this woman has run off a customer.

Went to the ellijay store, there was a employee named Jesse, when we walk there was no hello or welcome to Subway or nothing, then we walked to the counter to try and order our food, he was reading what looked to be a receipt. And still never acknowledge my wife and I standing there, then starts to make two footlongs, and mumbled under his breathe that we will just have to f***ing wait. Very rude and unprofessional.

Ed you have got to do something about the ladies working the lunch shift!! They are never friendly, they act as as if it is a burden to help you , and they constantly bicker at each other!! Very unprofessional!! We have a reputable business close by and come in fairly regularly to order lunch for clients and it is to a point that we will drive across town to Ellijay Deli and give them our business because at least they greet you kindly as you walk in and not with an eye roll or a very gruff “what do you want”!! Oh and this location is constantly out of its main staples such as turkey, ham and for goodness sake MUSTARD!!
