Visited this place for breakfast, plenty of parking, outside, there is wifi, but may have to ask for password… and not overflowing with customers. Very casual but also a good place of you want to work outside your home.. walls are covered with artwork, so it’s definitely a good change in scenery… plenty of seating options (types of chairs). We ordered avocado toast with egg, bacon twist, strawberry smoothie and cafe con leche. Food was good, prepared fresh ofcourse, strawberry smoothie had some fresh strawberries… Overall, loved the Sunday morning atmosphere, liked the food and now can move around to work … Meaning, it’s not huge portions of food that you are incapacitated after eating and drinking here… Give this cute place a try! & Support local!

Pretty good place to stop for an iced latte! It’s good value for money — I got a 20oz iced hazelnut latte for $5.19. There’s parking in the back lot but it can fill up quickly. Definitely a remote worker friendly space.

I loved this coffee house! The vibes are immaculate; It feels like a warm hug. There is a ton of art, fun decor, and it smells like coffee + fresh baked goods. The prices are really fair, everything pictured costed me $23, and it was delicious. I came here after visiting the crown point location, and I loved it just as much. 🙂 Check them out

Beautiful place to sip coffee and relax, or to study at. Their salads are soo fresh and the staff is always helpful and kind. Also the amazing art all over, you can spend just a couple hours looking at all of the art itself

Phenomenal! The green goat was phenomenal! I’m so glad I tried it. Will definitely get it again. I’ve always loved the vibe at this cafe. It’s fun, casual, and a great place to chill with friends. There are games and books you can use while there too. Perfect small spot in downtown highland. Oh, my sister got the avocado toast, which she enjoyed as well. We both also ordered the iced turtle latte with oat milk (for her) and almond milk (for me). Delicious!

Loved this little spot. Laid back and fun decor with local artists work on the walls. Had the Zebra Latte (delicious) and the pot roast sandwich w/ French onion soup.

I’ve been occasionally popping in to Sip since they opened. Two key features that have always stood out are how courteous and well-trained the young staff seems to be. And how consistently good the food is—not bland or boring like so much of the food scene in NWI. The first bite is always a bit of a shock. For how good they are, the items are an excellent value too.

I’ve been going to the Sip at the Highland location for several years. I love the food, the coffee is excellent, and the atmosphere is great! The service is usually wonderful…Except for today…

Really great drink choices (I’d recommend the Purple Rain with lavender), and most of their offerings can be made hot or cold. Also a great food menu (recommend the bagel twist) and multiple baked goods on display. This place has so much character with their mismatched lounge chairs, bar height tables, regular tables, and paintings from local artists all over the walls. It’s a great place to get some studying done or to catch up with friends. Highly recommended.
