I feel like there is always a line however it seems to move quickly! The staff is pretty efficient and always seem to promote good vibes! They are def my go to over Starbucks, especially since they have blackberry syrup & I can have what I call a Blue Moon with blackberry and vanilla 4 star on atmosphere bc they need to open an inside lounge!

We LOVE Sippy’s!!! Since I haven’t been able to work Sippy’s has become my “treat” instead of being able to go everyday (and usually multiple times a day ❤️) I was sad to see that they started closing early and a couple of times I decided to try Starbucks and even McDonald’s for my coffee fix (during times Sippy’s was closed). There is NO comparison!!! Sippy’s is head and shoulders above ANY other coffee I have ever had and their service is amazing! When I was able to go wherever I needed my “fix” the girls knew me so well that when they saw my car pull in they would start my order and usually would bring it out to me before I ever got to the window. For anyone concerned about the wait times, they are about the same as anywhere else and if you do have to wait a few minutes just be patient. These girls provide excellent customer service and when you get to the window I promise you will receive the same courtesy, time and effort as the people who were ahead of you.

This is the best coffee shop I have ever been to, and it’s just drive through. Business would boom if they had a dining area as well. Despite a long line of cars, they always move through quickly and have yet to make a mistake on an order.

First time to try this little shop. Service was very friendly but slow as we had to wait for them to have a 5 min conversation (after they passed out the order) with the car in front of us and play with the dog. I ordered a white chocolate hot latte. Hot it was 10 star on that. Flavor would be a 2 star. NO white chocolate FLAVOR at all. Next time I’ll have to add extra flavor.
