We have had the same order for 16 years and the quality has declined over ther last 2 years. I got the wrong order and they tried make it right by sending a new one but it looks like it was brought to my door in a football hold. I call they said they will give me a credit for a free small pizza. Btw I had a 15% off for my last order being wrong that they did not honor. Dude take this back and make me a pizza that I ordered that I can serve to my company. I guess I will find a new pizza place. So saddened by the service lately…

This place used to be great, the people there cared. Now, seems not so much, it’s dingy, it’s dirty, the food is subpar. When you order their cheef (italian beef with cheese on garlic bread) you would expect that sandwich, instead of chicken tenders on garlic bread and cheese. The Sir Nicks in Bartlett is and always has been better, but they should do what they can to get this Sir Nicks to drop the name, it’s only hurting them.

Wonderful pizza … Crust was nice and flaky. Very tasty pizza … We added basil this time in addition to our regular sausage, pepperoni, green pepper, onion and garlic. We got our requested ”skimpy” cheese. The pizza was perfect !!!

Sir Nicks – your ingredients for pizza are amazing. And can you please tell who ever made this Double Dough Extra Cheese and Sausage pizza, this is the best pizza I have ever had in my entire life – for what it’s worth. On top of that, delivery was top notch.

Do not order from this restaurant on Uber Eats. This company engages in predatory fee-hiking. Essentially, they will add a charge to your order AFTER the point at which you can cancel the order without a cancellation fee, even when you literally haven’t made any special requests whatsoever in your order. Our experience was only with Uber Eats, but I would assume that they use these predatory tactics with other online ordering platforms as well. Considering the restaurant’s blatant dishonesty, I have no doubt that we dodged a culinary bullet with our experience. After all, if the food had any merit, this establishment would be able to generate a profit without deliberately lying to customers. (Also, notice how the owner only replies to positive Google reviews? This restaurant has more red flags than a matador.)
