Ordered two pizzas, bread, and a 2 liter. Person working there seemed like they were high or something. Made one pizza and when asked where the other one was, they said they only rang up one. My fiance asked for a refund because our total was around $60. He asked how one pizza and bread cost $60. Employee said he didn’t know, then after the refund was requested he realized he charged us for two pizzas and proceeded to make the second one. So we had to wait to eat and the first pizza got cold. First pizza was also wrong. Didn’t bother bringing it up because we already waited so long. Usually Sir Pizza is pretty good but we will stick to the location in Old Town from now on.

What is wrong with customer service these days? We ordered the Hawaiian pizza with pizza sauce, and the fellow at the register told me that was not how it was ordered, did ask if I wanted them to remake it. I should have looked at them before I left. Toppings were placed in the middle, not to the edge, and it was not busy. Guess I will look for another Sir Pizza, because this one is horrible. Could have spent that $45 better.– I was going to change my rating, because I was contacted immediately, however since then, nothing. This location deserves to fail, I guess.

The employees behind the counter are now demanding tips from customers. Happened last when I stopped in to PICK UP my pizza. Maybe the owners should pay the inside people more so I don’t have to supplement their income with tips. Definitely won’t be going back now.

Told it would be 20 mins for my order. Waited an additional 45 mins in store for food to be prepared and sent thru the oven. Half of the order was cold. Did not make the entire order together. Boxes sat on their unheated rack and opened numerous times to check the order. No gloves no hair nets.

It was like a jailhouse kitchen back there. People screaming at customers on the phone then the employees justifying the yelling to customers that had no idea what was the problem anyways. Ie me. They boast crust to crust flavor but the vmcheesebread was so lacking I think I was actually disappointed in myself for not listening to that voice in my head.

Ordered from here 3 times. The first 2 times was not the best experience but I tried ordering during all different hours thought maybe got a bad batch of staff, but nope 3rd time is it for me. Whether you order in person, online or over the phone it is never ready when they say, most not all but most of staff seems crazy depressed or irritated by customers. You walk in they don’t even acknowledge you and when they do its rude as hell. The guys there seem to be the most professional, the females at register are just rude like they are mad at the world. Definitely could step up on customer service but they don’t seem to care. So we will drive to the old town one from now on. Do better sir pizza ! Customers are the reason you have a job remember that.

Order the pizza on a regular basis, their pizza is excellent and unique. It is a little pricey, but worth it on special occasions. My only complaint is their sides of pizza are too expensive for their size.

Thought I might be helping others by warning them about this Sir Pizza. Ordered 2 items online. I am currently still waiting on my delivery an hour and a half later. 43 bucks for chicken and pizza that still hasn’t arrived! When I called to check the status of the order the manager Nicole had the worst attitude on the phone. Apparently calling to check the status of a delivery that is 45 minutes late means somehow that now I don’t want my food? Customers beware, you can definitely spend your money someplace better than here.
