We went as a church group so we waited to be seated as a group. Seatting was within 10 minutes and our orders for drinks and food was taken promptly. Almost everyone had the buffet table which was well attended by the employees ( excellent job by all kitchen personnel and waitresses. ). Food tables were kept clean as well as the floors and tables cleared , sanitized and readied for the next setting as customers left. waitresses did a great job servicing the customers and re-setting tables while the manager overseen the service area. All in all a really great place to eat.

Our first visit to Sirloin Stockade and Buffet in Murray, KY was fantastic. I love buffets but I usually find myself in a Chinese buffet. This buffet was different and served all kinds of southern comfort foods you’ll never see in a Chinese buffet. Some examples include fried fish, hot wings, green bean casserole, biscuits, country ham, bbq ribs, mashed taters and gravy and much more. There’s a huge salad bar with all the fixin’s you could ask for and a baked goods bar with all kinds of cakes and cookies. There’s also a soft serve ice cream machine with vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and orange sherbert soft serve and all kinds of toppings. Price was reasonable and wait staff kept our drinks full. I would definitely go back when I’m in the area again.

Excellent, their buffet is never disappointing. Great salad bar plenty of choices. Their food is never disappointing as well, great catfish. Always plenty of desserts with ice cream.The staff greet you with a smile and are very nice. The food area is always clean. I must tell you, the men’s bathroom super nice and always clean. The manager is always around and just as nice as the staff to talk to. Plenty of parking, I highly recommended.

What a great place. I sampled baked chicken breast, meatloaf, pork ribs, mac-n-cheese, beans, cream corn, and something else I can’t remember what it was. Everything was delicious. There were plenty of staff cleaning and ensuring the buffet was clean and stocked. Madison was my “server”, she was very attentive, and ensured my sweet tea was kept full and all my dirty dishes were taken and hidden from view. I witnessed her bussing tables sweeping floors and tending to guests needs with a smile and a pep in her step; what a great employee. I peeked in the kitchen and told the staff what a great job they were doing, it looked very busy. I will be back for sure.

One of favorite places to eat when we come to Murray to visit family. Everything we’ve had is so good, like having a comforting home cooked meal. Although I like everything I had, the chicken livers are my favorite, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The variety of desserts give something for everyone including sugar free choices. The staff are all friendly as well.

I was pretty impressed. I normally don’t do buffets but decided to try their Buffet. The food was delicious, hot and fresh. They have a huge selection of just about anything you can think of. The salad bar alone is worth more than the cost of the whole Buffet. Was impressed too because there was always a manager on the floor making sure everything ran smoothly. Sirloin Stockade is about an hour away from where we live but I can guarantee we will be back there many more times. I might try an entree off the menu next time but it’s really hard to turn down the buffet. I highly recommend Sirloin Stockade

when we call the kid and ask him where he wanted to eat he said he wanted to go to sirloin stockade. I was not exactly excited because I figured it was going to be just your average run-of-the-mill Buffay. I feel like they’ve really done something by not making it to over the top, the items that they had out were very fresh and seasoned great. I did not leave there feeling like I had eaten 25 pounds of salt. Instead I was very satisfied with the way things were prepared, and how clean it was there. some of the items that we got that were really good, were the rolls they had a sweet taste and a buttery Top. The catfish was good, crisp and nicely flavored, The fried shrimp was really good. My wife really enjoyed the beans, she was not a huge fan of the cornbread but she said the flavor of the beans made it for it. The mac & cheese was good, and then near everything else we tried. Someplace we will definitely try again.

Sirloin Stockade had everything you could want from New York strips steak made to order or home cooking comfort food on the buffet. Everyone is very attentive. The salad bar has so many items including pasta salad and slaws. It is very popular with the locals and the out of towners. Great place for a quick bite or Sunday lunch.
