We happened upon Sirphey at Bandelier and found the best road food of my life! Elk cheeseburger with guacamole and green Chile on open face fry bread was fantastic. Pistachio Baclava sent us to heaven — but we returned to tell the tale. Service was attentive and friendly. Cannot recommend more highly!

Will not be returning. Refused cash payments while not having any signage saying such. Parking is hard to navigate as well. Prefer to make the drive to Santa fe for better Indian food.

In this small cafe at a national monument in the mountains of New Mexico I was able to get a vegan burger with vegan cheese on a toasted bun with caramelized onions – it was delicious!!

So when I heard about Sirphey I was elated to have another non-new Mexican food option in town. The first time we ordered it we got some Thai dishes that weren’t great, but weren’t terrible. We grabbed food there multiple times during lunch and it slowly got worse. I love pretty much all Asian food so I mainly stuck with that cuisine every time I ordered. Nothing stood out as above average for me. The Indian dishes lacked the spices you should normally get, the Thai dishes were overly sweet, and the Banh Mi bowl I ordered yesterday….well, it wasn’t even close to Banh Mi. The pork was dry, the carrots were barely pickled, if at all, there wasn’t cilantro, jalapenos, chili, etc. Just freakin carrots and cucumbers with some spicy mayo. My girlfriend got the meatloaf dish, which while tasted good was super greasy. For dessert we got baklava which was also drowning in syrup and the filo dough was tough and chewy. I mean comon….I don’t understand the high ratings half the places in town get. Has no one here had truly authentic ethnic dishes? Anyways, we gave Sirphey about 5 chances to serve something great and it failed to so I don’t think we’ll be coming back.

I got the apple jalapeño tofu with calabacitas and mashed potatoes. And a berry drink. I ordered at the booth at the Gordon’s concert. I came to try the African food truck but was underwhelmed with their vegetarian option (yes, only one option ). I looked over the menu at Sirpheys booth and was pleased to see several vegetarian options!

I’m so glad this place exists. Had a tuna poke bowl that was fantastic and their Indian dishes are awesome; in fact, I’ve liked almost everything I’ve ever had. Just look at this orange spotted cheesecake-thing!

We ate at the sister location at Bandelier and it was such a delight! Probably the best baklava we’ve ever had, also a great red bean veggie burger, samosas, spring rolls, and even a bubble tea. This kind of variety really surprised us at a national monument, we highly recommend!

I’ve been a customer of Sirphey’s since 2019 and I am always impressed but how high quality and tasty all of their food is. I especially love their curries and naan. I recently got a dairy-free boba drink from them, and it was super delicious, definitely looking forward to getting more boba from them. Highly recommend their chicken katsu, samosas, and yellow lentil dhal, but everything on the menu is good.

We stopped at Sirphey at Bandelier National Monument and were pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed some burgers (Vegetarian Doug) and Chai. We all agreed it was a wonderful food experience.
