Ordered a pizza from here quite often Always hot, always fresh, and tastes great as well. There are a boatload of different pizzas to try on the menu. Their online ordering site is top notch as well. You can customize any which way. They also send out email alerts which is a nice touch.

Very poor hygiene levels. Employees observed preparing dishes with out washing hands and with out gloves. We observed them sipping on coffee and using phone, next second they’re pulling out pizza toppings with bare hands. Will not return here again. Stay safe all consumers.

Loved the Sizzaly that was in Downers Grove. Never had a problem. Sorry to see them close. But this location is different. We ordered White Pizza and instead we get red with cheese on top lol. If i was mean I should give 1 star because the operator kept calling claiming she did not properly charge the bill and she sent white piazza – see the pic? when in fact Amex told me she charged twice and did cancel the second swipe. She claimed we were credited by mistake and wanted to charge again. We do like like food but the phone service is lacking.

The pizza is good, but I’m here to talk about the Italian sub. It was delicious, with fresh ingredients piled high. I was so pleasantly surprised. The picture I’m including shows the fresh lettuce and freshly sliced tomato (i opted out of the onions), but don’t be fooled into thinking they pile these high and skimp on anything else. The cheese and meat are just as abundant.

Came here for Masala Pizza – ordered online and arrived after 30mins, there was only one employee who showed that the system had not received my order. He asked me to wait 20 more mins to prepare my order. 2 more customers came in to pick up and their orders weren’t recieved either so they were asked to wait even more. Once I got the pizzas, one of them did not even have the right toppings, so had to go back in and the employee said they’re out of one of the toppings, which he did not even notify me about. I asked if he can add another one, then he said no because he’s working alone and has to prepare other customers’ orders. Also noticed poor hygiene as other reviews here said. Extremely disappointed in the service and quality here. Expecting a full refund from the company for this.

Used to be much better. Just had a cauliflower crust pizza, soggy and bland despite me ordering well done and crispy…boneless wings were thawed from freezer (and freezerburned) and just slathered in thick, sweet sauce. Basically bad chicken nuggets. Not good, won’t order again.

Initially told me 20 minutes to prepare two pizzas. I arrive 10 minutes after they should’ve been done. They told me no more than 20 more minutes. I came back another 30 minutes later. They told me 10 more minutes. I don’t mind waiting, I do mind having to babysit a restaurant to have my order completed.

Ordered delivery for a medium cheese pizza, 1/2 with mushroom. Somehow the price doubled when the delivery guy showed up, which took over 2 hours. The food was cold, and the pizza had been smashed into the corner (which we didn’t know until we paid and opened it). As far as ordering again, I’d rather eat cardboard, which is at least free and has more flavor then this pizza.

I was giving them a chance. I chose not to write a review until I had two bad experiences in a row. I went in the first time and ordered a pepperoni slice. What they tried to give me was a dry, reheated cheese slice with pepperoni thrown on top of it. I refused the slice when they brought it to me, and I’m glad I did because that’s when I noticed the guy sitting off to the left behind the counter had his feet propped up and had no shoes on.
