WARNING!! Looking at all the reviews of this location I see that the manager, who I find out by one of the employees is the OWNERS daughter, refuses to give anyone back their money! The manager was so rude! Talking to 3 grown adults as if we were children! My sister had ordered a steak well done with fries. She had to have the steak taken back twice because it was pink/RARE in the middle. The server was very polite but once she called the manager it was a whole different story. She was upset that we asked for our money back and said kept saying there’s no reason to get upset and that they can make her another steak. Are you kidding me after the 2nd attempt and after everyone was done eating! Everyone ate but my sister who was still waiting on her steak to be prepared well done. The manager was determined to be right and refused to give my sister a refund! Very poor managing skills and rundown establishment. Never going back there again!

The staff was a little indifferent, though my server at least tried to be kind and welcoming. I mostly blame Sizzler more than the staff. The food was absolutely gross. The”summer veggies” we’re scant and looked like leather, and my skewer of beef tasted like leather. A lot of the leafy “greens” were brown and chopped way too small. The clam chowder tasted like Campbell’s. You would figure that this”long time” chain would take more pride in the food they serve. I feel sorry for any server who has to serve this trash with a smile on their face. All this barely passable “food for human consumption” for 26 dollars (not including tip).

Steak Was Excellent with the Lunch…”company was buying” It would’ve been nice if associate ringing up the order said ” would you like salad bar with your order”? I wasn’t aware it was extra which is odd but ok I would’ve been happy to purchase. Plus as sales point person you want to promote your sales.

Came to sizzler on mothers day maybe not the best decision, we git seated quickly but our food took more than 45 minutes to arrive and half our party was finished by then cause they ordered salad bar. This is the first time I had a bad experience here so maybe it was just due to the holiday.

Very disappointing experience at this Sizzler’s location. Usually, you can expect a limited salad bar, with the same old options that are offered at every Sizzler’s in California. In regards to this location though, even those limited options weren’t all available to the customers. The dessert bar was gone, just gone, and when I inquired about it, the waitress then informed me that the soft serve ice cream machine was out of order. That didn’t explain the missing bread pudding, peach cobbler, etc., yet I accepted this explanation at face value, because it’s not the waitresses fault that the salad bar wasn’t up to par. Then the steaks came… This is usually the main reason most people come to Sizzler’s, for a decent steak at a decent price. These steaks that my wife and I had ordered, though, were just plain sorry. Mine was at least 60% fat, undercooked to rare, even though I had ordered it at medium, and somehow burnt at the same time. My wife’s steak wasn’t AS BAD, even though hers was also undercooked and on the fatty side. When we sent our plates back, the ‘cook’ obviously took offense to us wanting our meal as we ordered it, because he came to bring them to us himself, complete with look of anger and contempt, and proceeded to drop our plates to the table and said, “There, is that up to your standards, now?”, in a very sarcastic tone. We decided to not even eat the steaks after all, agreeing that he was upset enough to probably spit on our steaks, if not something worse. We did, however, take them home and give them to our dog, who took very few bites and turned away from the rest. My opinion? Keep going when you want a steak and see this particular Sizzler’s. The experience will undoubtedly be unsatisfactory at the very least, and downright horrible at worst. There are better options in the area for steaks, even the local Taco Bell prepares their steak in a more professional manner than this place for steaks.

Family friendly inexpensive steak house. Self serve style “order, pay, & seat yourself.” The salad bar has a decent selection, that’s always fresh. The Servers are nice and work hard when it’s busy to keep everyone happy.

They still haven’t fixed the air conditioner. The steak wasn’t that good. But the lady that served us was real good, kept coming over to see if we needed anything.

The way the manager/owner treats the customers is terrible . Their machine could not read the chip of our AMEX card and the manager/owner refused to allow the cashier to swipe the card nor call AMEX customer service. We had already taken our food and he wanted us in a very disrespectful way to take back the food to the cashier area. No way !!! We just left and not planning to go back!
