I had the Philly cheese steak with fries. Service was great but the food could have been better. I paid over $30 for a Philly ,salad bar and drink. For that price I would expect more fries than what I received. (pic was took before any fries were ate)

I stopped in here to get some soup and salad while waiting on my doctor’s appointment well I’m a lover of onion rings and they were very cold the chicken was also but my waiter Orlando who is very attentive ,inform the kitchen staff they got some hot chicken out but replace the cold onion rings with even colder one’s overall is it was pretty decent everything was pretty well stocked on the salad bar.

Went to Sizzler for lunch. The food was decent but the service was horrible. Had to wait almost 50 minutes for our food. The management was rude. Our waitress was barely seen. You could had tell she did not want to be to there. She wasn’t rude, just didn’t come around much. The worst part was I was shorted on my change. It was my fault. Didn’t pay attention. I paid for lunch with. Gave to the cashier $80.00 but she rang it up like I gave her $70.00. she said the right amount back but was I was actually shorted by $10.00. totally my fault for not checking. I won’t be going back. Double check your receipt and change if you happen to pay with cash.

Staff was friendly . Host/ assistant manager was a joy and checked on customers frequently . Food was terrible . Shrimp kabob served with rice and 6 oz sirloin plate we received our plates with only shrimp and bake potato (shrimp kabob was cold) . Thought the steak was coming later but finished the shrimp plate and had to remind assistant manager we did not receive our steak at first I’m sure he thought I was joking but I said it again, ironically he brought our plates to us as their staff was short . He ordered us our steaks and brought it out right away. We went here for moms birthday she was not happy and does not want to go back anymore

Always enjoy going to Sizzlers. I’ve noticed new waiters, although very quick to get to your assistance, it seems no time for them to be really friendly because they are running, running, running. Love the salad bar so when we go there its mainly for that. Did try a steak one day and kind of tough so haven’t tried it again.
