Forgot the sauce on one of my rolls which isn’t a huge thing. Hard to tell if you’re out of town where it’s located from outside the building. It just looks like a grocery store. Average sushi. We heard it was amazing compared to the Midwest, but I didn’t taste a difference. The fried part on the golden rolls and avocado bombs is too thick. It would be nicer if the wedges were smaller also.

We only recently moved to the area and hadn’t really found a good sushi place. We were told about Skai so decided to give it a try. Really good food to be sure. Still looking for a sit down sushi bar in our area but this hit the spot.

Epic sushi, hands down you won’t be disappointed! Make your order online or over the phone before arriving to avoid a wait. The locals keep these artists busy to the tune of a 45 minute wait at most times.
