Really good. Friendly and attentive staff. CeAnn was our server and she was amazing. The skillets were good but it could have had more gravy. The Ruben sandwich was good. He said it was the best he’s had. The French toast could have used a bit more egg in the batter but it had great flavor. Very pretty interior. The rest of the staff was very friendly from what I saw. The host was nice. All very pretty gals. Our first time but it wasn’t for the ones we went with and we were definitely noticed as first timers and it was very nice to be noticed and appreciated. The prices were great for the food and style of this place. The food came out hot and on a timely matter and was plated and presented beautifully. Will definitely return

I got my meal. My wife waited 15 minutes and never got here meal which was a simple BLT. Server did. Or even care. Both servers were ignored us. They shou be fired. We left without eating. We were there almost 40 minutes

Not busy. Went for breakfast. Waitress was fine. Delivered food to table. No refills on drinks till she gave us our check and offered to go drinks. Food was ok. I wouldn’t go back. Once was enough for me. Reviews were good online but my experience was just ok.

My friend and I started going to Skillets Diner a couple months ago and we have been there several times since for both breakfast and lunch. We really enjoy the great variety of dishes available and the service has always been efficient and friendly. We highly recommend Skillets Diner!

I had the Sunrise Skillet and it was delicious. Also tried the French toast and garlic Parmesan bread with friends. Really good service, not too rushed or too slow. Will come back if I ever come back to Bakersfield.

We came here for a lovely brunch with some friends. I shared a wonderful chili omelette with my boyfriend and we LOVED it. it was perfectly savory with the chili being to overwhelming. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a little get together with friends.
