This restaurant has THE BEST home cooking in the city. The kind of home cooking that makes you feel like you’re at home. Then there’s the service, it’s awesome. The waitstaff is kind and friendly. Hard to find this day and age.

The waitress in the picture was beyond rude had to get up and go get my own refill. Stated to another waitress how do you get a refill. When the waitress whom we had serving us returned asked if we needed anything I said no I got it now had to get my own refill she wanted to say and I was in the bathroom ok so for 10 minutes really ok. Never again will we be going to this restaurant

Horrible. Ordered Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, then was told out of bread for sandwich, but they had Texas toast. Also ordered regular fries. Was then told out of reg. fries, I had to get seasoned. Food has NO TASTE whatsoever. My friend got Chicken Fried steak, it was chewy he couldn’t eat it. Boxed, instant mashed potatoes were served with it. Oh, and waitress was rude as heck.

The staff here are like family, the food is very delicious, real country breakfast, love the way they smile when they greet you when you come through the doors and I just love how they exalt men and women in the Armed Forces and Law Enforcement, if there were more stars to give I most definitely would

Ms. Lisa was very kind and attentive. Don’t expect anything fancy. This place is a simple, down to earth place where the staff know their customers and what they order. It’s nice to know there are still places like this. I hope they bring their breakfast buffet back soon.

Use to go here every Sunday when I loved in Baytown. Love thr staff, they will try to actually learn your order after a while. Kid and family friendly, there is always a kid friendly movie playing above the buffet. The food is great, and so is the coffee. Really gonna miss this place. Never spent over $25 for two people.

First couple of times so good I brought my daughter the third time. Our omletts we’re TOO brown and we had to ask twice for more coffee. On my next time there (okay so I’m a slow learner) I brought my grandson. The waitress asked what kind of gravy he wanted ( we were having breakfast. It was 10:00 a.m ) She put just the opposite on his biscuits! He didn’t want hash browns. She gave him hash browns! My biscuits were so old and hard it crumbled when I went to open it to put butter on it. I walked them back 2 her. Told her I wanted toast.Ya gotta have some kind of bread for fried eggs right?after waiting for 10 minutes and threatening to speak 2 the manager I got my cold toast to go with my cold eggs. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!
