Was recommended by a friend. I am not a big fan of breakfast. So I tried for lunch. The breakfast menu is HUGE, the lunch menu is tiny. I went with the Reuben with Cole slaw. It was accompanied by fruit and a pickle. They don’t offer french frys. The food was excellent. Vanessa my waitress did a fine job. I was bothered by 2 annoying flys.

Go see TAYLOR C! First time coming here & from the moment she came to introduce herself, the enthusiasm, friendliness was enlightening! Her attention to detail with actively listening & responding & knowing the menu was very descriptive to help recommend & give us a well informed decision! Which our decision was absolutely delightful! Even within a matter of just a minute or 2 to check in on us every so often, he’ll get us refills, she was very proactive & well rounded in making sure even the little things were taken care of! I ordered the Whole Hog Burrito with a side of potatoes and a side of grits. The burrito was delicious. Meats and scrambled eggs, cheese, smother in sausage gravy. Really nice flavor and good portion. Potatoes were great – really spiced nicely and very yummy. The grits were ok, not so amazing, maybe I’ll try the cheese grits next time.

For a restaurant named Skillets, they serve a meager skillet. This is nothing like the overflowing cheesy Midwest skillets. The portion is very small (see photo – do you see any potatoes?), and the potatoes are some type of mashed pablum. The side of fruit consisted of 2 grapes, 2 small slivers of pineapple, and two small slivers of strawberry. The only positive, they allow your pup and mine thought the bacon was devine.
