Finally a good BBQ place in Michigan! The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is nice, and the owner is an absolute gem. Very much worth the drive and price. We got 2 cheese steaks and a side of spicy mac, it came out delicious and hot! Worth a try every time.

Local find! We shared the Tots, tacos and Pulled pork sandwich. Each dish was a meal in itself. The tacos easily could feed 2 people and the pulled pork was delicious.

Skinny Kennys is a clean, comfortable eat-in restaurant with pleanty of room to sit. You order and pay at the counter. When the food is ready they bring it to you. My husband and I had loaded baked potatoes. Wow were they great! Huge potatoes baked to perfection, topped with your choice of smoked meat, sour cream, cheese, cream sauce and bacon bits and drizzled with BBQ sauce. If we lived in the area we would definitely eat here again.

Great BBQ place. Food was awesome. Stopped in for a bite to eat while on vacation. Street tacos are to die for. Beans were delicious. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Owner was friendly and checked on us multiple times. Will visit again if in the area.

Great atmosphere complemented by fantastic people. Kenny is engaging and great with kids — took time to make sure each of my kids got what they wanted even with people behind us in line. Oh, and let’s not forget the food! The brisket was on point and the ribs fell right off the bone. And the tacos! We may have made it a family game night with the board / card games available.

Not our style of BBQ. They chopped the pork and the brisket to the point where they were non discernible. Also, BBQ sauce comes in small side cups and you have to ask the staff for it. Service was great though!
