I was in town doing business at Lassen Community College. Starving and wanting something other than a sandwich my coworker (hi Amy) and I tried Skinny’s. Let me just say, if I ever end up on death row and had one more left I would pick something from Skinny’s. This is a must visit and consume kind of restaurant. For $6 I was stuffed. After eating 2/3 of my meal I had to go back inside and shake the hands of the gals who prepared this feast. I was thankful for their food and the leftovers I had. I ate my leftovers for bfast the next day. It was that GOOD! Also, the service was great. Love the customer service you get at ma and pa shops. I kid you not, if you’re in town, you must eat there. Lastly, they moving across the street, so visit their new location when it opens. Show them the love and let them wow you. Melissa and team know what they are doing!

I have tried , and tried to give this place chance, I understand how difficult it is to get a business up and running… I think skinny has huge potential, however… they can’t seem to “get” how to run a restaurant business after all this time.. from the day of opening I have had huge issues with my orders, and they continue after over a year in business… . sadly skinnys is running itself into the ground due to lack of good staff, cutting corners, and terrible service…here’s just a few things quoted from staff. ” we can’t afford a sandwich roll for your $8 hot link sandwich- the online ordering does not work, never worked, please ignore all advertisement for it”-per staff
