This place is a must visit for anyone who loves burgers. I’ve been coming here for years and every time I come I always leave wanting more. All the burgers are excellent especially the burgers of the week, and the fries are the best I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend the skirted heifer more.

This restaurant is renowned and it’s for a good reason. Everyone who works there is exceptionally nice and both the burger and their fries are great. I also appreciated that you could serve yourself the condiments (like ranch) and that their soda was cane sugar-based. It was an all-around great experience and I look forward to going back.

We wanted to try this place because of all the positive reviews that we saw. The food was really good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I will say though that the atmosphere was a little rundown. It could really use a touch of paint and some cleaning….especially the bathroom.

Good burger with a really fun hook. The “skirting” was fun, but I think it would be much better with a smashed burger. The patties were of high quality, but a bit boring. The garlic bread bun was good, but fell apart with the cheese grease. The kids burgers were good and the fries were okay. Great service in a small location.

The Burgers and Fries were amazing! If you like the greasy artery clogging real juices flowing food, this is the place to go. The floor was a bit greasy and the table was sticky is the only reason I didn’t do five stars for atmosphere but we honestly loved the place and the experience.

The service was middle of the road,but the food made up for it. Its a very hectic place and I can see how an order can get messed up in a place like this. Our burgers were perfect and the atmosphere was good. I just think the workers were a little beat late in the day or maybe its a staffing issue. Whatever it was they were not enthusiastic about working.

Saw this place on Triple D and also saw the owners compete on Triple G, so naturally, we had to stop by while we were in Colorado Springs. Cute little place with big flavors. I ordered the Classic Skirted Heifer with the belgian fries, and Hubby got the Hangover with the sweet potato fries. Very tasty and filling. Love that they do not carry regular brand soda. They carry Boylan’s hand crafted soda with real cane sugar. We got the black cherry flavor. They guys behind the counter were friendly and helpful. We will have to return to try the custard as we were too full this visit.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while; some people I work with recommended it and then I saw it featured on DDD. It’s a pretty tiny place downtown, but has its own cozy charm. It was really busy when we were there, but we lucked out and got a table. The burger was actually really good and flavorful. Had to be the messiest burger I’ve ever eaten though. Probably but the best idea for a date or meeting people for the first time.

The food was all that it promised from Triple D, the staff were tolerant like they’d rather be somewhere else, and the place, well… dirty. Napkins on the floor, tables not cleaned… maybe we just missed a HUGE rush? Anyway, I’ll give them one more try. Then learn to cook it myself!
