We stopped in for lunch and I tried their Shrimp and Crab Po Boy with fries and hubs had their fried whiting dinner with slaw. Sadly, the fish platter didn’t come with hush puppies (you have to pay extra for those). Food was delicious, although seating was a bit uncomfortable with small, hard metal chairs. Wish they’d had some soup, but they said it’s a seasonal thing (Fall & Winter). I ordered the Secret Sauce (mild) on the side – it was unique and delicious with a touch of heat.

I got fried shrimp today, and it’s soooooo good. I was worried about the fried being overly breaded, but then I forgot to order grilled. Thankfully I was pleasantly surprised! It’s very hot and fresh and the cook brought all the food out to us. He’s very friendly, a good guy. All the staff is great, a good experience all around!

Third time here, zero regrets. Best casual seafood joint I’ve ever tried! If I don’t have time to prep a dish myself this is where I go. Mix and match the food to savor all their combos if you can. Portions are just right. And the drink fountain has good flavors. Skrimp Shack ftw

Great seafood spot. The prices were fair and the fish was well seasoned and not too bready. Fried shrimp were excellent and so was the flounder and the fried sweet potato fries – as well as the fried okra. The restaurant was clean and the cashiers were friendly. The entire family enjoyed it. We visited twice while staying at our timeshare. I recommend if you want to get some not to expensive but good seafood for the family.

We had dinner here for the first time. It was to go and so many things were missing and I had to back inside even then the Grilled Mahi sandwich was missing the whole Mitch’s way ( I assumed it was fixed when I went back inside, it wasn’t ) Got home to soggy, bland food. I see good reviews so I’m hoping this was an “off” night. I do not think we will try it again. The girl up front was very friendly and was doing her best. I’m disappointed

Grilled mahi with mango salsa, yum! This was my way to get a gluten free dinner. You can get fish grilled rather than fried. My BF got fried flounder and loved it. We both got the smaller portion and thought it was more than enough. The sweet tea and soft ice pellets were a bonus. The floor was a sticky situation but seemed like they used a cleaner with a residue.
