This is not fast food, so don’t go in there expecting food on the fly. It’s made to order. The shrimps were juicy, and the fish was flaky and moist delicious! The potatoes are perfectly cooked and crispy good! Shrimp tacos out of this world and the mac and cheese. My mouth was very happy! Food was fantastic, best seafood place I’ve tried since moving to NC. Only pet peeve was the server, Lovey, who even after being corrected 5+ times, still would not stop calling me “he.” I wanna say it was on purpose, but she also spelled our last name wrong, so maybe she just couldn’t hear well behind the counter. Other than that, great food, great atmosphere, a pleasant experience besides the “accidents.”

My sisters and I had a very nice dining experience. The staff greeted us warmly and accommodated our “Sister Silliness”. The food was served promptly and was very fresh. We received a lot of food for the price we paid. We will definitely return if we are in the area again.

To pay 13 dollars for this is unfair. The fries was nah but a dry bun sandwich with ( the picture says it all) never coming here again. I was first time customer but never again. Only get one star because restaurant was clean. But I don’t think they are the best in town. I’m new to charlotte I think it maybe somewhere else better.

Food is TERRIBLE, Customer service is absolutely AWFUL, biggest mistake that I went to spend $27 in this place cuz I love sea food . Place was almost empty when I came and another customer, we received our food after 30 mins COLD and soggy and some weird things on the bread. I took this expensive fast food literally to the trash.

Well I said I was going to try Shrimp Shack restaurant. I’m Here enjoying it. My first time trying it. Very good. They cook the food as you order so you get it nice and hot. I didn’t order the great big sandwich since this the first time I ate here. I order the Big Cat sandwich combo. It was more than enough for me. Give it a try if you haven’t been here. Food great. I will be back. Cashier friendly. _9.95 before tax. Nice atmosphere. Oh yeah. I was about finished eating when I did review. There was more food than this on my plate in the beginning

This is the fish they gave me for a small family meal on Friday night ! Suppse to feed 2-3 people this Isn’t going to feed one ! Little peices of fish is not worth 25$! For a small family meal I could have went to captain Ds for the small price and more fish this is very disappointing the one I visit in pine vile was great . Will not be returning to the one on EASTWAY DRIVE . This is ridiculous . Then when I went in and told the guy about it he only replace 2 of the fish . How many fish comes with a half of pound I know at least 6! Those were chicken nuggets they gave me should have been ! Very disappointed this is not worth 25$ Idk if this was a bad night or what but I hope some one reaches out to make right
