I had sky high expectations for this place, based not only on good online reviews, but also a friend’s recommendation. Expectations were not met. It wasn’t bad. The food just didn’t rise above average, and for these prices, middle-of-the-road 3-stars is real. The edamame should have been served hotter than it was, but the fried gyoza was cooked to perfection (I suspect they held the edamame while the gyoza cooked, allowing it to cool too much). The rolls were on par with what you’d get from a nice grocery store, but at $20 (or as high as $30) per specialty roll, I want something memorable…otherwise that grocery store made-fresh sushi delivers more bang for the buck. No complaints with the combo fried rice. I just left feeling a little disappointed. Service was good, and that’s often where a restaurant can drop a star or two, but for me this visit, the food just didn’t shine.

This was the greatest tasting place in this area. Wish we would’ve went the first day so we could’ve ate there again. Very clean, and friendly service. And it’s not $ 250.00 for 2 people. Food fresh and hot, and honestly 2nd best shrimp fried rice I had in the Entire state of Florida.

Dined during the week so did the lunch menu. Nice size portions and reasonably priced. I would recommend the shrimp pad Thai, any curry and the chicken wonton soup. The fried pork with spicy papaya salad was delish.

Cozy little place in las Olas. Clean . Food is delicious. Affordable . Fast service. After a long day at the Boat show , needed to grab a quick bite and waiting for my ride, this restaurant is very quick in their service . Food is fantastic. I recommend the soft shell crab sushi which is very delicious . I had it to go since my ride came. Forgot to take photo since I just grab it and ate while I was in the car.. very very affordable .

Just had a quick bite to eat at Sky Thai Sushi for lunch. They have a nice lunch menu and a great variety of sushi and Thai dishes to choose from on the full menu. The roll that I ordered was very fresh and full of flavor. I would recommend sitting outdoors on the patio for some nice people watching on Las Olas.

I got extra spicy for the curry and drunken noodle to go. It tasted mild to me. I added lots of cayenne pepper to fix it. I like to feel the burn as crazy as that sounds. Maybe they were scared to go too spicy. Very nice restaurant though.

Went for lunch on Sunday (4th of July weekend) and there was no one there… everyone was out enjoying themselves, I’m sure! So it was clean, nice decor, food was fresh and hot, prices were good, wait staff attentive (though we were the only ones there) and they even had a lunch menu on the weekends! The only thing was, the sodas had a funny taste… someone in my party said “too much syrup”, idk, my coke tasted like a mix of ice tea and coke… very strange, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Everything else, was really good! So if you stick to ice water or tea, or a mixed drink, you’re good to go!

Nice place for quick lunch , they are always full, i guess thats why it takes so long for the food to come out , i usually go on lunch time, very friendly waiters and it has in side and outside seating wish make it very convenient depending on your dressing , you can see business dress and sport all over mix and u can still feel confutable here
