Pretty atmosphere and alot of open space, BUT the service is slow even just for a menu. Prices are high food isn’t all that great. Needs more seating for a high volume of guests. The hotel itself needs a lot of improvements to service the number of guests that it can accommodate.

Beautiful place to enjoy a meal. We sat in and watched the NFL Combine while our daughter was in a dance competition. Very sweet people working there. They serve a limited Starbucks menu, but have a full bar full of spirits. And the food looks phenomenal.

Horrible service if I could give minus 1 star I would do it. The old white woman bartender at the bar was very rude and disrespectful, she ignored me twice when I was standing waiting and then the manager asked two gentlemen that were behind me if they want to be serviced/seated but they replied I was first in line, later the bartender did the same but the gentleman again said I was first so then she started to bullying me about what I want I said I want to order food and wine, she started mocking about what kind of wine if good or cheap because their wine glass were $50 dollars, I said I wanted to see the wine menu to choose, then she said there was no drink menu but she has a cheap one for $17 dollars, I said OK, just to have it done, and she started to pour it in a short glass for water not wine while continue mocking me, I asked why she didn’t use a wine glass she said all were dirty I pointed out behind her there were many clean glasses at the showcase, then I had enough and complained about she’s been ignoring me since the beginning and then mocking about the wine and not taking the order for the food. I’m taking my business somewhere else, don’t go there they’re pretencious and disrespectful, the manager is useless.

Service was awful – :15 to get a menu, almost an hour to get a tenderloin sandwich. Which was a bit on the greasy side. Like it wasn’t drained out of the fryer properly. Never got the chili that was ordered, but also wasn’t charged. Not bad if you aren’t on any kind of schedule.

For every birthday or special event, Tinker Street is where I go. Their menu changes are always interesting and the service is excellent. Anytime I go, their staff is professional and knowledgeable. The actual interior of the restaurant is small, so my favorite place to sit is on their patio. It’s closed off in colder months and open during warmer, making it perfect for people watching.

This place is SLOW!!!! I’ve been here for about an hour waiting on food…. was waiting forever just to get a menu and order my drink. Had to seat myself. Not very happy. The waiters seem nice enough, just understaffed. I normally don’t leave bad reviews so I will make sure to go leave a positive experience somewhere else.
