traveling through today and tried this place based on reviews. We all had breakfast and all agreed, food was good but nothing to write home about. Service was very good, place was clean and the waitresses very nice. If traveling through i wouldn’t hesitate to stop again but just didn’t go out of way to travel to eat here.

Local restaurant along highway 88 just across the Mena City Hall. Food we ordered tasted a little bland to me. Affordable price for a tourist area in Fall. Fast service . It’s a busy restaurant in the area . Came to the restaurant with 2 available tables. Some came but that had to wait for available table.

The breakfast was amazing! There was a bit of a wait for food because of a large group, but they let is know before being seated so that the decision was ours to make. Great food, great service! We will stop in again when we’re in the area.

Tasty, home cooking style diner in small town America. Service was good. Small salad bar but still plenty of options. We had a larger group so it took us longer to get seated, but the restaurant is not large. Once seated we had a lovely visit and great comfort food.

It is one of the best places in town to get breakfast or brunch. Always a great experience whether with family, friends, or even alone. They have definitely been open long enough to perfect breakfast. It is a famous spot for travelers that are passing through and when the CMA (Christian Motorcycle Association) is in full gear, be expecting a line of beautiful motorcycles lining the streets in front. People come from all over the US to experience Mena and even Skyline Cafe.

Well now, what the heck! We came here on recommendations from friends after a 5 hour drive from Dallas. What happened next was not what I expected. The wife and I both ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger based on the reviews here. But geez…. First 3 people that came in after us got their food before we did. 45 min after ordering we finally get our burgers. They were super well done. Basically char-burned. Another two minutes and they would have been Kingsford Briquette’s! Not even exaggerating. What made it worse was the bottom bun was soggy! The wife’s fry’s were cold. The onion rings were the best thing. Not to mention they kept running out of unsweet tea. I am really confused because this doesn’t seem the norm for this place. But this is our experience and I don’t know if I can honestly come back to this place as bad as it was. Not to mention I m concerned with the cleanliness of it. The mini split ac units have a ton of buildup on them. With air blowing through. Pretty sure black mold is growing in it. Certainly something black in the back one and middle one. This place could really be amazing. They need to take the time to be cleaner and they need to QC their food.
