I came through the drive-through ordered a chili cheese fry, but only got a small cheese fried. I walked back in to get my order corrected. Carly a server helped me, and she went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and happy when I left I really appreciate everything she did. She didn’t only make it right but also give me a five dollar gift certificate for the next time I come. I come here all the time and have never once been dissatisfied or not had my order made right thanks again skyline of independence. Y’all are awesome.

We typically go through the drive thru and I don’t know that we have ever had a decent meal. The cups of chili are barely filled. When you get a burrito it’s tiny. When you order extra chili on your burrito (which they charge you for) you don’t actually get it. It’s not worth it. There are better skylines to drive to to get your chili fix.

This is an excellent Skyline location. Most are, but we’re glad this is our neighborhood Skyline. Skyline Chili stands out because of their consistency serving quality food and their good customer service and whenever we come here everything is always perfect.

I got two cheese coney’s from the drive thru today. There was barely a splash of chili on them. A complete waste of money. I always have problems here. I will stick to the Taylor Mill Skyline from now on. They never disappoint

I just came through the drive-thru and my order was wrong when I got home. I called and spoke to the manager and he was amazing! He gave me a new order and even added gift certificates. I cannot say enough good things about this Skyline and their employees.
