I was at home feeling good and hungry so I figured it must be skyline time. When I arrived, a sign showing that a table was clean and ready for seating was visible. I ordered a large three way with onions and a lemonade. My food was served quickly and it was hot and delicious! The server was very pleasant and had excellent customer service skills. I actually finished this entire plate of food and I was good and stuffed. The price was affordable and the atmosphere was clean and relaxing.

We love skyline, go all the time. This location seems to not perform as well as others. The chili feels watered down and they skimp on cheese constantly (people come for the cheese). The service is always great which is why this is 2 stars vs 1. I would recommend leadership go to other branches and taste/see the food. #morecheese

It’s not quite the Ludlow Skyline (then again, what is?), but this location is pretty solid in its own right. Excellent service, and the robot server is… Actually kind of interesting and useful! Skywalker is definitely a neat little gimmick they’re testing, and it seemed to do well in helping the waitress work tables.

Never had service here so bad. Wish we could have had the usual waitress who takes cares of her customers.. Took forever to get our food and because it sat so long, buns were soggy and fell apart. We had sweet tea and when we asked for a refill, they had already tossed it out.. I’ve been there so many times but never had service like this.. Disappointed
