It took at least 15-20 minutes before the server even came over and acknowledged me and my partner. We did receive our drinks and stuff after we got our food. I asked for a three-way dry and it still was juicy. They forgot my two cheese counties I had to tell the manager could you please get them after the manager brought us our food. Just horrible that place is went downhill tremendously whatever happened to the people that used to work there they were such a great crew and dedicated to their work.

Took them 5 minutes on a what seemed like a slow period. The heavy guy I believe is the manager in grey, didn’t speak and seemed like he was having a bad day. Food was hot, but my cup was empty and I had to ask for a refill. Not the beat experience but not the worst.

This location has recently cracked down on how many cracker and hot sauce packets you receive as a drive thru customer. Per their sign, it is 1 cracker pack and 2 hot sauces per meal (a meal = 2 coneys or 1 three way). I don’t care about the limit, but if you are going to be particular about the amount of crackers and hot sauces you give out, make sure you give out the correct amount when asked! I got 4 coneys and 2 three ways (so 4 cracker packs) and only received two cracker packets. When I tried to get the attention of the drive thru worker, he would not look back at me. I know people go crazy with the amount of packs they order, but at least give out the amount that the store itself specifies.

I HAD to eat at Skyline Chili while visiting Cincinnati and I’m so glad I did ! Of course you gotta get the chili but I also ordered a Greek salad and it was delicious ! They were playing 90’s music in there. There was a total 90’s vibe going on. WILL BE BACK ! ♥️

Just left this restaurant 20 minutes after they opened. The chick was coughing and clearing her throat on the speaker, asked if I wanted hot sauce and crackers I said yeas please. Took my money and gave me my food with no hot sauce or crackers. Then I knocked on the window and asked the guy so he gives me three packs of hot sauce for four cheese coneys and one pack of crackers. Third time ive been to this location in two months been a Cincinnati resident my whole life so never been to location. Won’t be back.

Best managed Skyline we’ve been in, in a long time!! Everyone was working, cleaning tables, serving, cooking, and all with a smile! That even lasted when a party of 20 baseball coaches, and high school age boys came in!! Hats off for the true Skyline experience! My wife is from Cincinnati, and when we’re in town Skyline is high on her list.
