Here was my experience at this newly built Skyline at 11:30 AM on 6/18: drive thru person was cranky and rude. They failed to offer hot sauce and crackers or put it into the bag. Just yesterday I was asked at the same Skyline if I wanted crackers and hot sauce. They did not confirm my order which is standard practice. They gave me a $15 total at the speaker and $20 total at the window. The worker continued to not say hi or acknowledge me at all while handing me a pen and paper. They asked me to sign which is bizarre. This is a ploy for tips. Sharing a pen like this is simply unacceptable. Every person that goes through the drive thru is sharing germs with each other because of this absurd requirement. This is deplorable and I will not be heading back as it disgusts me.

Whenever you’re feeling good and hungry, it’s Skyline time. Recently renovated and overall great atmosphere. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Highly like recommend this Cincinnati favorite. You can’t go wrong with a 3-way or Cheese Coney.

I’m not sure what’s going on at this Skyline. The longest I’ve ever waited for a Skyline drive through. I had to ask hello to the speaker after waiting a few minutes. I swear the buns they use here are different from other stores. They were thin and mushy. Also not a fan of the new building design.

Never had Skyline before! My wife and I loved it. The 5-ways were killer and the Coneys were delicious. Super friendly service and very inexpensive. And this seems to be a brand-new location, so it was fresh and clean!

I couldn’t be more disappointed with a drive through experience. Rude, condescending, unhelpful. Argued with me about taking apart the nachos so the chips wouldn’t be soggy? Aren’t they already in separate pieces?! Ignored us at the speaker for several minutes speaking to another employee about their boss “treating her like a dog” so unprofessional. Really disappointing since this is a new location on my commute.

I’ve come to this Skyline location for about it 20 years now and have never been so offended by it’s staff. After the experience I had today I will not be back and would say if this is how they treat their customers, I would recommend other avoid it as well. Due to the drive thru line extending on to Plainfield Rd, I went in to place a carry out order. After I placed my order, a portly man with glasses made a server place hand written signs on the door stating “drive thru or dine in only” and was very vocal about it infront of the entire occupied restaurant. Having known the family that owns this location, I hope they still do and remove this person from their staff. After this, I will drive to Reading or Kenwood before patronizing this location. I would rather have frozen Skyline than give them any more of my money based off of this portly fellows actions.
