We had a great dinner at this Skyline! The door hours are incorrect, they dining room is open until 9pm. We arrived at 8:15 and saw the sign and were about to leave when a lady came outside to let us know they were open. We were the only indoor diners and the whole staff treated us like VIP! Our food came out seconds after ordering and each order was perfect despite being customized by us. Can’t speak highly enough about the staff friendliness and hospitality. And of course the always excellent food at any Skyline location. 10/10.

The baked potato 3 way and the coney 3 way we’re both pretty good (though both had TOO much cheese – which I didn’t even know was possible – for me as well as others at our table) and the service was fast and friendly. Best part of the meal was the pumpkin cheesecake – but that was made by The Cheesecake Factory.

We were served our food without our drinks. Hard over done sauce on the bottom of my bun. The manger/owner. Talked horrible about employees that were new and others not there to defend their selves. I remember now why quit eating inside.

I went through the drive through the lady did not give us a receipt we had to pull back through because they did not give me cheese for my chili spaghetti 3 way which she repeated back on the com device so when we pull back around she then charges me $2 extra for the cheese it all felt like a scam I should have asked her to print my receipt

Got my granddaughter’s order wrong I live on the other side of town so called the store and was supposed to receive a credit for three coneys , came back with granddaughter 3 weeks later and spoke to Liz who claimed to be manager and she looked at a book and said she didn’t see a credit, so I had to pay again for the order they originally made wrong, this is very poor customer service, they just lost a customer for life over a lousy 3 hotdogs, I will follow up with corporate , but maybe this place needs to rethink how they treat customer’s because without us your business will be shut down like so many others in your area has already been. Will take all my business to gold star chili or make it at home from now on
