I’ve been going to the springboro pike location for 2 years. Been awesome the whole time till the last few weeks. Last 2 times my large 5 way came with no onions. Once in the drive through other was door dash. That’s 2 strikes. One more and I don’t go back. Not hard to make sure the order is correct. Not sure what has changed other than different people I see working there.

Got 2 salads and was told we could only get 1 dressing per salad. I would have to pay for an additional dressing. I have never been told that before but either way it really ruined the meal for me and the fact that the worker was short and inconsiderate didn’t help at all.

Just got my food, ordered two chilitos and they were both cold, I told my waitress and she said she would throw them in the microwave, brings it back the one that was open was warm and other still cold. Every worker in here just standing around laughing loud as hell. Couldn’t believe it
