Skyviews is one of the best restaurants in the Lubbock area. It is a student-run restaurant where students are able to gain experience in restaurant and institutional management. The customer service is impeccable, the food exquisite every time. The restaurant is beautiful and is located on the sixth floor – the view is amazing. Highly, highly recommended.

We love the dinner series put on each fall and spring by tech students. Lived here for three years before finding out and out it, and we regret not coming sooner. Service is fantastic and the food is very good both in presentation and taste. We now come for each meal we can make!

Four stars for the food, five for the view! If you are a Texas Tech employee, you can pay for each station in the buffet separately, with a discount. Make sure to tip your server on the full amount if you appreciate their service. Keep in mind that lunch service ends at 1pm, so arrive before noon for the best lunch experience. The day we ate they had sliced brisket and stuffed poblano peppers on the action station, with a range of healthy salad options and tasty desserts, as well as a delicious spicy tomato soup.

First time visiting, was a great experience. Staff was excellent, food was really good for buffet, and view was amazing . Windows need cleaning/ replaced as they looked dirty or scuffed on the outside, and tables were a little bland but everything else made it a great experience.

I absolutely love attending Dinner Series at Skyviews. The food is always unique and fantastic and tonight was no different! Their new signature cocktail “The Skyviews” was sooo good I might go back just for happy hour! The service was good, it was quick, and definitely valued appropriately. Plus it is absolutely GORGEOUS after their recent renovation!
